Went for the day for a meeting. Total waste of time. Great coffee with friend and lunch with another. Then a useless meeting. And my ordered car missed the turnoff for La Guardia. Don't know if you know the area, but we spent an hour in rush hour traffic trying to get to the flippin' airport. A tour or Queens if you will. I missed my 6:30 flight, alhough I did manage to learn an African French patois language by osmosis. He even dropped me off at the wrong terminal. I made the 7:30 shuttle. Which was late. Possibly the longest "work" day in history!
I also got to buy M a gift at FAO Shwartz. Fantazzy!
