The Ups and Downs of Daily Life

Alternately thrilled to be a mom/wife, and missing the good ole' days of being a swinging single. Analysis of weekend - Fri night watched TV - programs suitable for kids. Drank some wine. Saturday - Read papers for work. Went to mall to buy sweaters. Posted letters at post office (this was actually a great victory - meant to do it for ages.) Took belly dancing class. Ordered pizza for dinner (big treat.) Sunday. Slept in - cleaned house - went to H&R Block w/ A to file taxes - Went to gym w/ A - did weekly grocery shopping w/ A - helped M with catch-up hmework after his week of flu. Who says romance is dead - look at all the quality time with my hubby! Not complaining, just observing - and looking longingly at an overseas tour...
